Hebei Zhongxing Automobile Co. Ltd, branded as ZX Auto, is a Chinese producer of SUVs and pick-up trucks that is co-owned by the Tianye Automobile Group Co Ltd and Taiwan Unite Leading Co.

Established in 1999 and using engines from Japan (Nissan, Mitsubishi), ZX Auto has made swift progress in product development, production ability and marketing networks. It currently exports to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Russia, and Central and South America. Motodrive Limited began its relationship with ZX Auto in 2010, seeking to gain authority in the SUV & pick-up vehicle markets, a new segment in Bangladesh, growing as a result of various new developmental projects.
