Late in the year 2000, Multidrive Limited moved into its own purpose built office complex in Shaheed Tajuddin Ahmed Sarani, Dhaka. This is situated in a corner plot on the main road connecting the premier and diplomatic residential areas of the city, the old commercial area and the new downtown.

The opportunity was taken to create a new group name: "SANARC". The new buildings were constructed on a site of some 28,000 square feet that was purchased in late 1998. The classically inspired design of the SANARAC Complex has office floor area in excess of 10,000 square feet, technical & workshop areas and a purpose built stand-alone showroom of an additional 4,500 square feet with an underground parking facility of the same size.

In late 2005 a new building with two floors, each of 6,000 square feet, was completed within the same premises, with a two-level basement of 12,000 square feet, for car parking and other purposes. This new building houses a show room as well as sales offices in the ground floor and executive offices on the first floor. The building was designed and built with provisions for the creation of more office space for our expansion programme and commercial let.
